  1. Alison, I don't know you and didn't know your story until I saw your latest column shared on Twitter today. I live in the Upstate and want you to know about a nonprofit here, Let There Be Mom. It's run by a friend of mine and it serves parents who have a terminal diagnosis and children under 18. Please look or have your husband or a friend look at their website, lettherebmom.org. I honestly don't know if they have ever served someone in Charleston, but the founder, Kipra Anderson, could at least give you some good ideas for preserving memories for your daughter. It's unthinkable and I am so very sorry that you are going through this.
